Motor & sensor mounts
Motor, camera, gimbal, sensor, and payload mounts.

Capabilities
Prototypes and short runs of small CNC-machined aluminum parts for drones and robots, from our Frederick cell starting early 2027.
Custom work
Everything we machine is custom. There's no catalog: you bring the part, and we make it to your print, from first prototype to short-run production.
Examples
Not a product line. These are the kinds of custom parts drone and robotics builders send us. Tolerances are confirmed per drawing at review.
Motor, camera, gimbal, sensor, and payload mounts.
Interface and structural brackets for airframes and robot chassis.
Frame, adapter, and mounting plates with hole patterns and pockets.
Electronics and battery trays, pocketed for weight.
Machined housings and covers for electronics and small payloads.
Turned-look features, standoffs, and adapters within our milling envelope.
Materials & finishes
Narrow material scope means tighter process control, faster setups, and better data.
| Category | Scope |
|---|---|
| Alloys | 6061-T6, 7075-T6 (others on request) |
| Finishes | As-machined, bead blast, Type II anodize (clear or black), Type III hard anodize (via a finishing vendor) |
| Quantities | Prototypes and short runs |
| Files | STEP, IGES, plus PDF drawing |
| Documentation | Material certs and inspection results on request, once the cell is live |

Quality approach
A person reviews every drawing for manufacturability before we quote.
In-machine probing checks critical features during the run.
First-article and final inspection with results stored per lot.
Lot traceability and certificate of conformance, with mill certs requested from suppliers.
The Frederick cell comes online in early 2027. If you're an investor or a builder who will need these parts, we'd like to talk.
